All items are sent from our U.K Online Despatch Centres.

Yes. We use Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed Service which covers World Wide Destinations. Do check the Laws of your Country as some Countries have Restrictions. We will not be responsible for any Lost or Damaged items once it has left our U.K Despatch Department, so please check. We will provide a Tracking Ticket once we have sent it to Royal Mail.

 

Q.9 What is backorder?

Backorder is when a product is currently not in stock. It could take 10 – 15 Days to arrive. You will be notified once the product arrives. For any queries please contact us at [email protected]

 

Q.10 DO YOU SEND ANY DOCUMENTATION IN THE PARCEL?

As we are a paperless online store, no paperwork is sent in the parcels. You may request for Invoices.
